Rental Cost: One week minimum $1200. $175 for each additional night. Cleaning Fee: $150 Security Deposit: $250 (refundable) Linens included WiFi No smoking. No pets. Maximum of 7 people. |
TERMS: When you make the reservation, 1/2 of the rental cost is due. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival, which includes the balance of the rental cost plus the security deposit and cleaning fee. |
